For half a day I couldn't understand why my profile on JFileSync wouldn't update. I had moved my target folder, and eventhough I changed the sync profile it was changed back when I restarted the program.

Then I discovered that the changes were saved if I exited JFileSync using the Exit option in Files menu, rather than using cmd+Q.

I hope sharing this may help someone else.
